What is guided endodontics?

From a CBCT scan I plan the exact route to the canal, then use a custom 3D-printed guide that fits over the tooth to direct the instrument precisely to it.

Why a canal becomes hard to find

Canals can narrow and calcify with age, after an injury, or under a deep filling — sometimes closing so much they're invisible even under the microscope.

How the guide helps

Because the path is planned in advance, I can reach the canal through a small, precise access — conserving healthy tooth and reducing the risk of drilling off course.

It's especially valuable for calcified canals, previously treated teeth and awkward anatomy, often offering a way forward for teeth that would otherwise be very difficult to treat.
